Observation

During Licensor Espinoza's recent visit, plastic bags were accessible to children. Provider will move them and make them inaccessible to children. Washer and Dryer were not inaccessible to children. Provider agreed to get child locks for them. There is a microwave on a plastic drawer unit. Provider needs to take steps to secure it so that it is not a falling hazard and/or move it to a different location or on a surface where it cannot fall. Outdated plastic caps were found inside some outlets; all outlets did not appear to be TR or tamper-resistant. Some extension cords were used and one surge protector was accessible to children. On the outdoor stairway leading to the playground which is also an emergency exit, there are non-slip materials that are peeling and a tripping hazard. There are climbers indoors that are not allowed and need to be removed. Anything a child climbs off of the ground should be outdoors with adequate ground cover.
